Wuhan Xinyuan Semiconductor's first 32-bit MCU product has been officially released!

On October 14, 2021, after years of market research and dedicated research and development, we, Xinyuan Semiconductor (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liyuan Information, stock code 300184), are honored to announce the launch of our first independently developed Cortex-M0+core microcontroller product, CW32F030. This is also the first 32-bit MCU of our core semiconductor CW32F series. The first batch of products can be packaged in three forms: LQFP48, LQFP32, and TSSOP20, fully achieving an ultra wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to 105 ℃ and an ultra wide working voltage of 1.65V to 5.5V, targeting the widest range of basic applications.

The new product maintains compatibility with the Pin to Pin pins of imported brand products, which can avoid modifying the PCB design during the replacement process. Based on the practical application needs of similar products from various brands on the market, the design team has made multiple important improvements to the first new product. While maintaining broad compatibility with general requirements, it has deeply solved multiple technical pain points, making the new product easier to replace, and improving the following key performance indicators:

Thanks to the specially designed built-in Capless LDO, this product meets the ultra wide power supply range of 1.65V to 5.5V without the need for separate external LDO capacitors.

2. Integrated with instructions PreFetch and Cache, it improves performance by more than 30% compared to competitors CoreMark at a kernel frequency of 64MHz.

3. By using mature ULL technology and innovative design methods, the computing power consumption ratio (CoreMark/mA) has reached a high score of 19.18, and the performance has significantly improved by over 100% compared to commonly used products in the market.

4. By using innovative compensation circuits, the accuracy error of multiple internal clock oscillators in the full temperature and full voltage range does not exceed ± 2.0%.

5. Through innovative software and hardware oversampling algorithms, high ADC measurement accuracy is achieved, which increases by about 1 effective value compared to competitors.

6. Enhance the internal port design of the chip to significantly improve ESD performance and LatchUp performance to the highest level of international standards such as JEDEC JS-001-2017, JEDEC STANDARD NO.78E NOVEMBER 2016, JEDEC EIA/JESD22-A115C, and JEDEC EIA/JESD22-C101F.

7. Add multi-level program encryption security protection and properly protect customer intellectual property.

To ensure the smooth completion of material substitution by customers, relevant technical support websites, data sheets and user manuals, various packaged development boards, debugging tools, batch offline burning tools, as well as supporting software libraries and routines are also released along with the first product.

As a standard Cortex-M0+product, popular development environments such as KEIL or IAR and software and hardware tools can also be used. Most engineers who have used similar products can easily achieve quick replacement and testing verification.
